Tangiamo Touch Technology (”Tangiamo” eller ”bolaget”) meddelade den 26 oktober 2023 att bolaget har lanserat en helt ny MultiPLAY-produkt – Ignite – vilken har skapats i ett nära samarbete med Tangiamos partner Grupo Caribant i Dominikanska Republiken.
I samband med att Grupo Caribant förvärvade Tangiamos teknologirättigheter för den Dominikanska Republiken under Q4-22, ändrades samtidigt affärsrelationen mellan parterna, från att Grupo Caribant tidigare varit distributör för Tangiamos spelbord, till samarbetspartner i syfte att utveckla nya produkter och öka försäljningen av Tangiamos produkter inom regionen. Samarbetet har sedan dess burit frukt och har varit avgörande för att ta fram denna nya generations MultiPLAY-spelbord.
Ignite är ett mer kompakt spelbord än andra MultiPLAY Roulette bord och utgörs av en ny, tillika förbättrad, grafik och en mer avancerad teknik. Den nya spelplattformen tar upp en mindre golvyta än tidigare, vilket således gör den tillgänglig för fler miljöer och kan därmed även involvera fler spelare per kvadratmeter.
Analyst Group har i samband med den nya produktlanseringen ställt ett par frågor till VD Chris Steele för att få en djupare inblick i lanseringen som sådan, men även vad den kan komma att medföra för bolaget framgent.
- Could you please provide more details about the recent launch of the next-generation MultiPlay Ignite gaming table? What sets it apart from previous Multiplay gaming tables, and what additional sales potential does it offer?
The launch of this product is the culmination of work with our Dominican partner, Grupo Caribant. Probably the most obvious difference between this product and the other MultiPLAY products is the size/form factor. It’s quite compact which expands the possibilities for where it can be sold and installed. The other major update is on the overall game experience. We have completely new graphics, animations, and brought in additional functionality to make the experience simpler and more exciting for the players.
- Does the Dominican Republic partner have any “take-rates” regarding Tangiamos future sales of Ignite? If so, could you please add some color to that?
Our partnership in the Dominican Republic is structured to benefit both parties. While they hold exclusive rights to the product within the Dominican Republic, this arrangement leaves the global market wide open for Tangiamo. This approach ensures that both entities can capitalize on their respective strengths and areas of influence.
- Tangiamo recently utilized a credit line, amounting to 1 MSEK out of a total of 12 MSEK. How do you plan to use the remaining credit in terms of timing and amount in the future? Are there additional resource requirements for the new gaming platform Ignite that might result in increased utilization of the remaining credit?
As we continue to assess the dynamic market landscape and our strategic priorities, we remain dedicated to making decisions that best serve all our stakeholders. Tangiamo is committed to ensuring prudent use of resources to foster growth and innovation, and we currently do not see additional resource requirements that would affect the remaining credit utilization.
