Nosa Plugs AB (”Nosa Plugs” or ”the Company”) announced on 23 September 2026 that the Company has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the Moroccan pharmaceutical company Polymedic regarding sales of Nozoil Original and Nozoil Menthol on the Moroccan market. The launch is expected to take place following completion of the local registration process, which has been initiated and is estimated to take approximately two to four months. In connection with the launch, Polymedic is expected to place an initial order of approximately SEK 0.5m. Polymedic is responsible for local commercialization and distribution, with the products distributed through Polymedic’s established relationships with national wholesalers, which in turn supply pharmacies and healthcare facilities across the country.

Analyst Group’s View on the Distribution Agreement

Analyst Group views the agreement as a further step in the accelerating geographic expansion of Nozoil. Morocco is a new market for the Company and the second agreement in the MENA region during the current quarter, following the agreement with MetroMed covering five markets in the Middle East announced on 10 August 2026. The agreement is in line with the Company’s communicated strategy of launching Nozoil together with distributors in markets outside its core markets. In the year-end report for 2025, the MENA region was highlighted as an area with significant potential, but where the Company does not intend to build its own sales force. Polymedic has both nationwide distribution and its own medical sales force. Analyst Group therefore assesses that the Company can achieve broad market availability without a corresponding increase in its fixed cost base.

The agreement continues the rollout of Nozoil on new markets that the Company has pursued since the acquisition of Pharmacure in Q3-25, with launches in Germany, Austria, France and Norway, among others, as well as in the Netherlands and Belgium. Analyst Group assesses that the continued high launch pace may indicate a favorable reception of the product in earlier markets. This is supported by the Company’s own reporting, where CEO Adrian Liljefors stated, among other occasions in connection with the Q4-25 report, that Nozoil sales exceeded expectations, particularly in Germany. It is also supported by the Norwegian pharmacy wholesaler NMD’s decision in May 2026 to bring forward the launch of Nozoil due to early demand from the pharmacy chains. At the same time, the distributor model means that the outcome in Morocco is assessed to depend on the market development work Polymedic actually carries out.

Specifically for Nozoil, Analyst Group assesses that conditions in Morocco are partly similar to those in the Middle East. A hot and dry climate across large parts of the country, combined with airborne dust, contributes to dry nasal mucosa. This is assessed to constitute a favorable demand driver for a nasal moisturizing spray.

In terms of order size, the initial order of approximately SEK 0.5m corresponds to approximately 4% of Nozoil’s revenue of SEK 12.8m for full year 2024. It also corresponds to approximately 1% of Analyst Group’s full year forecast for Nosa Plugs of approximately SEK 42.7m for 2026. The agreement therefore does not warrant a change to our forecast, and is primarily assessed to be of strategic significance and signal value. Given a registration process of approximately two to four months, Analyst Group assesses that the launch may take place at the earliest toward the end of 2026, and the agreement is therefore expected to strengthen revenue from 2027. Provided that the product is well received by end customers, the initial order may be followed by replenishment orders over time, similar to other markets.

In summary, Analyst Group views the agreement with Polymedic as a positive development that broadens Nozoil’s geographic presence to a further market in the MENA region through a capital efficient distributor model. The financial contribution is assessed to be limited in the near term and is expected mainly to strengthen revenue from 2027. The agreement is assessed to underline the commercial momentum Nozoil has shown since the acquisition of Pharmacure.

Kommentar på Nosa Plugs exklusiva distributionsavtal i Marocko

Nosa Plugs AB (”Nosa Plugs” eller ”Bolaget”) meddelade den 23 september år 2026 att Bolaget har ingått ett exklusivt distributionsavtal med det marockanska läkemedelsbolaget Polymedic avseende försäljning av Nozoil Original och Nozoil Menthol på den marockanska marknaden. Lansering förväntas ske efter slutförd lokal registreringsprocess, vilken har påbörjats och bedöms ta cirka två till fyra månader. I samband med lanseringen förväntas Polymedic lägga en initial order om cirka 0,5 MSEK. Polymedic kommer att ansvara för den lokala kommersialiseringen och distributionen, där produkterna distribueras via Polymedics etablerade relationer med nationella grossister, vilka i sin tur försörjer apotek och vårdinrättningar i hela landet.

Analyst Groups syn på distributionsavtalet

Analyst Group ser avtalet som ytterligare ett steg i den accelererande geografiska expansionen av Nozoil. Marocko utgör en ny marknad för Bolaget och det andra avtalet inom MENA-regionen under innevarande kvartal, efter avtalet med MetroMed avseende fem marknader i Mellanöstern som meddelades den 10 augusti år 2026. Avtalet ligger i linje med Bolagets kommunicerade strategi att lansera Nozoil tillsammans med distributörer på marknader utanför kärnmarknaderna. I bokslutskommunikén för år 2025 lyftes MENA-regionen fram som ett område med stor potential, men där Bolaget inte avser att bygga upp en egen säljkår. Polymedic har både rikstäckande distribution och en egen medicinsk säljkår. Analyst Group bedömer därför att Bolaget kan nå en bred tillgänglighet på marknaden utan en motsvarande ökning av den fasta kostnadsbasen.

Avtalet är en fortsättning på den utrullning av Nozoil på nya marknader som Bolaget har bedrivit sedan förvärvet av Pharmacure under Q3-25, med lanseringar i bland annat Tyskland, Österrike, Frankrike och Norge samt i Nederländerna och Belgien. Analyst Group bedömer att den fortsatt höga lanseringstakten kan tyda på ett gott mottagande av produkten på tidigare marknader. Detta stöds av Bolagets egen rapportering, där VD Adrian Liljefors bl.a. i samband med Q4-25-rapporten uppgav att försäljningen av Nozoil gick över förväntan, framför allt i Tyskland. Det stöds även av den norska apoteksgrossisten NMD:s beslut i maj år 2026 att tidigarelägga lanseringen av Nozoil till följd av tidig efterfrågan från apotekskedjorna. Samtidigt medför distributörsmodellen att utfallet i Marocko bedöms avgöras av den marknadsbearbetning som Polymedic faktiskt bedriver.

Specifikt för Nozoil bedömer Analyst Group att förutsättningarna i Marocko delvis liknar dem i Mellanöstern. Ett varmt och torrt klimat i stora delar av landet, i kombination med luftburet damm, bidrar till torra nässlemhinnor. Detta bedöms utgöra en gynnsam efterfrågedrivare för en mjukgörande nässpray.

Sett till orderstorleken motsvarar den initiala ordern om cirka 0,5 MSEK cirka 4 % av Nozoils omsättning om 12,8 MSEK under helåret 2024. Den motsvarar även cirka 1 % av Analyst Groups helårsprognos för Nosa Plugs om cirka 42,7 MSEK för år 2026. Avtalet föranleder därmed ingen förändring av vår prognos, utan bedöms primärt vara av strategisk betydelse och ha ett signalvärde. Givet en registreringsprocess om cirka två till fyra månader bedömer Analyst Group att lanseringen tidigast kan ske i slutet av år 2026 och avtalet förväntas därför stärka omsättningen från och med år 2027. Under förutsättning att produkten tas emot väl av slutkund kan den initiala ordern följas av påfyllnadsordrar över tid, på liknande sätt som på andra marknader.

Sammanfattningsvis ser Analyst Group avtalet med Polymedic som en positiv utveckling som breddar den geografiska närvaron för Nozoil till ytterligare en marknad i MENA-regionen genom en kapitaleffektiv distributörsmodell. Det finansiella bidraget bedöms vara begränsat på kort sikt och förväntas främst stärka omsättningen från år 2027. Avtalet bedöms understryka det kommersiella momentum som Nozoil har uppvisat sedan förvärvet av Pharmacure.
