Reveille Resources PLC (“Reveille”) (AQSE: REV), the uranium exploration company listed on the Aquis Growth Market in which Zenith Energy Ltd. (“Zenith”) is the largest shareholder, announced on October 6, 2026, that Reveille has appointed The Hon. Michael R. Pompeo, former United States Secretary of State and former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, as Non-Executive Chairman, subject to the completion of customary regulatory due diligence and onboarding requirements. In connection with the appointment, Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer of Zenith, has transitioned from Chairman to Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Reveille.

About the Appointment

Secretary Pompeo served as the 70th United States Secretary of State from 2018 to 2021. He is currently a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of the private-equity firm Niobrara Capital Partners, and a director of VEON Ltd. (Nasdaq: VEON), ACG Metals Limited (LSE: ACG) and Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB).

According to Reveille, Secretary Pompeo’s mandate is to provide strategic leadership to the Board and to advise on the company’s positioning in energy security, critical minerals and nuclear-fuel supply chains. He will also support engagement with Italian government and institutional stakeholders, US institutional investors, potential US funding sources and strategic partners. In addition, he will assist in evaluating uranium exploration and development opportunities in Italy and other Western-aligned jurisdictions. Secretary Pompeo, who is of Italian heritage with family roots in Abruzzo, is appointed for an initial term of three years. Subject to his formal appointment, he will be granted fully vested options over 7,000,000 Reveille shares, exercisable for three years from his appointment.

In his comments, Secretary Pompeo highlighted that Reveille’s work begins from a position of strength, building on decades of historical exploration and underground development undertaken by a subsidiary of ENI. He added that the company has the potential to define one of Europe’s most interesting uranium exploration opportunities.

Zenith’s Shareholding in Reveille

Reveille was established through the spin-out of Zenith’s Italian uranium exploration business and was admitted to trading on the Aquis Growth Market on July 7, 2026. Through its Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l., Reveille holds the exploration license applications for the Novazza and Val Vedello projects in Lombardy, Italy’s largest historical uranium deposits. Environmental impact assessments for the two projects were submitted in April and July 2026, respectively. The projects were explored by AGIP Nucleare S.p.A. and SOMIREN, both part of the ENI group, between 1959 and 1983. That work included more than 87,000 meters of historical drilling and approximately 17 kilometers of underground development. Zenith holds 20,180,000 Reveille shares, representing approximately 25.26 % of Reveille’s issued share capital at admission and subject to a voluntary 12-month lock-in. Zenith also holds 18,052,500 warrants with exercise prices of 5 to 10 pence per share. The combined fully diluted shareholding and warrants keep Zenith just under the UK legal limit of 30% for a single shareholder, at 29.9%.

Analyst Group’s View on the Appointment

In Analyst Group’s view, the appointment of a former US Secretary of State as chairman at this stage of Reveille’s development is a notable step that meaningfully strengthens the Company’s international profile, network and visibility. It comes at a time of growing focus on secure, Western-aligned nuclear-fuel supply and of renewed momentum for nuclear energy in Italy, where the Chamber of Deputies approved legislation in June 2026 and the Senate in September, providing for a legislative framework for nuclear power. The mandate’s emphasis on North American institutional investors, among whom uranium companies attract considerable interest, could broaden Reveille’s access to capital and strategic partners as it advances its exploration program. For Zenith, as Reveille’s largest shareholder with additional warrant exposure, this enhances the strategic value of its holding. Looking ahead, Analyst Group views the outcome of the environmental impact assessments, the grant of exploration licenses and the commencement of exploration work as the key milestones through which this strengthened platform can translate into value.
